The Student Conservation Association (SCA) has an immediate opening for a dynamic Northwest Program Coordinator to work with their youth programs. This position will oversee high quality regional crew programming and coordinate crew leader hiring, training, supervision and evaluation in the greater Northwest region. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing implementation of SCA safety standards and expectations, supporting local student recruiting efforts and logistical needs, coordinating volunteers and staff on projects, and supporting opportunities for collaboration and cooperation between programs.
