Project Assistant – AMEC Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. (Seattle, WA)

Create, revise, format, and edit project and administrative documents
Maintain office equipment including phones and printers
Implement existing hard copy and electronic filing system procedures
Coordinate distribution of documents, electronic and hard copy
Follow tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
Manage and proactively coordinate deliverables schedule with the rest of the staff
Attend and participate in regular group meetings as required
Provide back up to receptionist as necessary
Work on special projects as requested
Perform other duties as assigned by Project Managers and Technical Editor
Design organizational charts and simple illustrations using Adobe Illustrator
Prepare secured documents using Adobe Acrobat
Delegate responsibilities to other team members as needed in order to meet deadlines
Work cooperatively with editors and other offices on deliverables and marketing efforts
Support contract preparation through assistance with e-PIF preparation
