Brooks Rand Labs is hiring a laboratory technician. In this position,
you will do a variety of tasks required at an analytical lab. You will
gain experience in clean sample handling techniques and practices,
following SOPs and EPA methods, and sample preparation.
Brooks Rand Labs is an environmental lab specializing in the analysis

paced environment that is full of people who are enthusiastic about
what we do. We are located in Fremont, just north of downtown Seattle.
Our facilities are located less than a block from the Burke-Gilman
Trail and overlook the Ship Canal.
Requirements: The candidate must have completed at least 2 semesters
of Chemistry courses (with labs) and it is preferred that the
candidate have experience using pipettes. The candidate must have a
minimum college GPA of 3.0 (transcript will be requested at time of
interview).
The compensation will be $12.00/hour with an expected workload of
30-40 hours/week. This position is a temporary position likely lasting
3-4 months and is not eligible for benefits.
