Taylor Shellfish Company is a large, vertically integrated shellfish company with hatchery and laboratory facilities. An immediate, full-time position is available to work with Taylor Shellfish Company in their Research and Development Department assisting with a large-scale, state of the art shellfish breeding program for increasing yield and other production characteristics in Pacific oysters. The successful applicant will have a background in biology with an emphasis in invertebrate biology and genetics with skills in microscopy, genomic techniques and invertebrate husbandry.
