POSITION SUMMARY
The Corps Program Manager is a full-time, exempt position in EarthCorps. The Program Manager is responsible for the direct supervision of six crew leaders and oversight of 30+ 18-25 year old corpsmembers. The position involves project coordination between EarthCorps project staff and crews; hiring, training, and supervision of crew leaders; and responsibility for crew safety, corpsmember training and education, and maintaining the objectives of EarthCorps in all endeavors. This position works Tuesday through Friday with occasional Saturdays and Mondays from 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. This position reports to the Corps Operations Manager.
